Mrs. Chantay F. Bouler
Mrs. Chantay Forney-Bouler is a native of Fort Mill, South Carolina. Her Husband, Rev. J. Martin Bouler, is the pastor of Pleasant View A.M.E. Zion Church, in Chester, SC. where she is a member/First Lady and active participant. Her Zion, district level affiliations includes having served as the assistant secretary of the Lancaster District; treasurer of the Ministers Spouses & Widow(ers) Fellowship, and Secretary, Bureau of Supply Women’s Home & Overseas Missionary Society.
On the conference level (Pee Dee Conference), she served as a member of the Audit Committee; secretary for the Board of Home Missions and director of Mission Education of the Women’s Home & Overseas Missionary Society.
Chantay is employed by the Town of Fort Mill, South Carolina as Finance Director. She is active in her community and supports, through membership, the Good Folks of York County Board and Keystone Substance Abuse Services Board of Directors. Additionally, she is affiliated with the National Council of Negro Women.
In July 2015, in Orlando, Florida, she was elected General Recording Secretary at the 28th Quadrennial Convention of the Women's Home and Overseas Missionary Society of The African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church.
She and her husband are the parents of three adult children- Rochelle, Martin Jr. and Brandi. She is G.G. (gorgeous grandma) to her amazing granddaughter Madyson.
Chantay believes that God gifts us with abilities to use to His glory and for the benefit of His people. Because she realizes the importance of and the value in keeping an accurate account of the Society’s proceedings, it is her desire to exercise her gifts and talents to the fullest to document and publish precise timely records in a form that is retrievable for reference now and in the future.
